Mindfulness is the act of paying attention to our direct experience as it unfolds in the present moment with love and without judgment.

Art and Mindfulness workshop can help us experience and appreciate art more fully, to create and to enjoy the process of creativity rather than focusing on end results, which means we draw, color, write, and paint more freely. While being more joyful and engaged mindfully in art can, aid us to gain some of the broader benefits of mindfulness. Since 2018 the workshop is implemented in museums, schools, and libraries for children and adults.
